“Well wroth it!”

I met a family member in Hinton for a quick much needed visit. We had fun. The food is good at the pub, check in was fast and easy, and the room was really clean. It’s a great spot for an inexpensive stay, whether over night or a few days. It’s on the main road and across from booze and food!! It’s also pet friendly, if that matters!

The Staff were very friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the walk-in shower. Having the Woodcutter Lounge attached to the motel was a great plus. It would be nice if minors could go in to eat with parents during lunch 11am-1pm and again dinner 4pm-6pm, I think it would be a huge plus for visitors staying in the motel as well as Residents of Hinton itself

Can tell all the work and love that was put into this every old building. Staff amazing and friendly and helpful. The kids loved that the rooms stuff had the old style keys.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. My neck hurt all night.

Very comfortable bed and linens.

I loved how clean and comfortable the room was. Having the bar/restaurant on location was also a great plus for us.

Clean as a whistle, very friendly helpful staff, comfy beds, very convenient plug access for phones & laptop, great on site Lounge/Restaurant with awesome service and food.

It was extremely hot in the room on the 2nd floor. Had the heat turned off and the window wide open in February.

Breakfast on Sunday is start from noon, we didn't try it since we leave at 9am., they provided muffins and coffee.

Location and facilities.

Desk lady was rude for no reason. Telling me it wasn't paid even though I payed online while booking it and later was surprised that it was actually paid, then wanted to check my card to confirm and nagged me that my card is declined only for her to realize she didnt put the number in properly.... wouldn't tell me wifi password or hours for breakfast, only figured it out from other guests staying there. Like sorry for walking in next time ill go else where.

I was greeted with a friendly face and the staff was very professional and courteous. The room was outstanding, clean and comfortable 👍. I highly recommend this place.

Good location about 20 km east of Jasper National Park. Reasonably priced bar and restaurant for evening meal. Good shopping centre opposite for bulk supplies. No Traffic noise in bedroom from Route 16.

Good option to save money instead of paying the high prices of Jasper. Room was clean and hotel was centrally located. Close to dinner options and supermarket. The room had everything that we needed
