Recently remodeled and renovated, this hotel offers clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The beds were very comfortable and spotless, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the quality toiletries provided, including nice shampoo and body wash. The overall cleanliness and modern feel of the hotel made for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.Staffs were really helpful.

“Wonderful Stay with Excellent Hospitality”

Our stay at Velora was peaceful and enjoyable. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. The hospitality throughout our stay was excellent. The first person we met upon entering the hotel was Ashkar Ahamed. He was extremely welcoming, always had a smile on his face, and made us feel comfortable right away. He provided us with information about Choice Hotels and helped us enroll in the Privileges Program. We had dinner at Tandoori Kona. Although the food took some time to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait. The dishes were delicious, and the manager ensured that we received great service throughout our dining experience. The breakfast buffet was also a pleasant experience. The lady managing the breakfast area was very helpful, attentive, and provided excellent service, making our morning even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and outstanding service provided by the entire team.

Location was very good, friendly staff and the rooms where clean comfortable and very good for the price. I will definitely be staying there again when I'm in Hinton.

I've traveled with a lot of places stayed in Vegas budget hotels and this one was over the top, better than most hotels that ever stayed in it I would definitely recommend, next time I visit my daughter in Internet and spend some time in Jasper this will be the place I'll stay

The staff were so accommodating, I was doing business errands early morning and my son was sleeping in the hotel. He didnt wake up to my few phone calls so the staff went in and made sure he was okay. Amazing service

The hotel is v clean and modern. The pool & hot tub were installed but not quite ready for use when were there ( end of September 25) but looked very smart. Reception staff v professional & helpful ( esp young lady called Navendeep (?)
