“Perfection”

Amazing hotel. Incredible views, friendly and helpful staff and best inclusive breakfast you are likely to have.

Great family owned hotel in the quiet area of Himarë, near Livadhi Beach. The rooms are big and comfortable with wonderful views of the Ionic sea and Corfu. They have a balcony with chairs and a table, so you can soak in the splendid sights. The bathroom is big and has also a window that allows you to shower while looking at the blue sea. The gym is well equipped and has everything needed for your working routine, weights, cardio (treadmill, rowing machine...), matts... After your workout, you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast with freshly made egg dishes (omelette, fried eggs, avocado egg toast, pancakes...). Everything was delicious and prepared with care. The owner lent us towels so we could go to the beach. Thank you for a great time at your property!

“Great place to stay”

Great location and view. Easy to get by car and parking included on property. Big room with splendid view and great rain- and handheldshower with high pressure. Room is looked after every day. Very well assorted breakfast with fresh made stuff according to your wishes. Very nice staff. Place has best beach in Himare. A bit up there is the old town of Himare. You can find great bars and restaurants close.

“Perfect spot for a relaxing stay”

The location is quite convenient with wonderful beaches around and it was a perfect stop in our trip. The views from the room are extremely nice and it was wonderful waking up with the sea as background. The room was very big and comfortable. I especially liked having a shower with such as nice view. The hotel staff was quite friendly and welcoming, they gave us very good recommendations for eating and swimming. The breakfast was very very good, they offered us a wide variety of options and everything was great.

Excellent location – everything was easy to reach. We felt right at home: cozy, peaceful, and very welcoming atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfasts, which were delicious every morning. Another big plus is the great location in the city. Highly recommended!

“Excellent stay in Himare @ Wait & Sea”

The hotel was excellent and so were the owners, their attention to details and overall service. The breakfast spread and hot foods on order were also excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in Himarë and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Albanian Riviera. The location was perfect — very close to Livadhi Beach with beautiful views from the property. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They have well equipped gym too. What truly made the experience special was the staff and manager. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They gave us excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and places to visit around the area, which really helped us make the most of our trip. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, an amazing experience and definitely a place we would return to!

“A lovely hotel with views to die for”

The location, the views are superb. The owner is lovely, very friendly. He was very helpful with recommendations of walks and places to eat There is only one restaurant in the immediate vicinity, the Fig and Olive, which just so happens to be the best in the whole of Himare , only 100 m away!

Room just like in the picture, beautiful sea view. Room was clean. Nice breakfast with nice sea view and various options and the host even offered to make fresh avocado toast, omlet, pancakes, etc. Parking was easy, there is their own parking spot. Host was nice and friendly. Good restaurant Fig and Olives just around the corner.

“Wonderful !”

My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The hosts were incredibly caring, always smiling, and truly made our stay wonderful. The rooms were spotless and offered a breathtaking view. The hotel is perfectly located — close to downtown, the beach, and historical sites. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh eggs cooked on the spot, as well as crêpes and pancakes. Everything was simply perfect. I am truly grateful to the hosts for making this stay unforgettable.

We went in the end of September. Great value for the money: Clean and modern rooms, great view, exceptional breakfast and a fully equipped gym

“Beautiful stay in Wait 'n Sea, Himarë”

The hotel is located on top of a hill with a beautiful view to Himarë's beach. The hotel owner and his brother were very welcoming and the room was spotless with a stunning balcony looking over the sea. A major highlight was the breakfast, the best we had in Albania, fresh and delicious. We would recommend also the resturant Fig & Olive just 1 min walk from the hotel for lunch/dinner. Would definetly come again.

The owner and his family were super warm and nice. The breakfast was great. The view was amazing, from the room, from our private balcony and from the dining room of the hotel. There was always parking, even in late hours. Our room was clean and the towels and sheets had a smell of laundry. Great stay!

The hotel is spotless and feels brand new. Rooms look exactly like the photos, breakfast is delicious and varied, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!
