Modern, simple accommodation close to stunning local beaches. The balcony offers an amazing sunset view, and the host, Theodora, is extremely kind and welcoming. Private parking is also available, which makes the stay even more convenient.

“Peaceful”
We felt truly at home with Theodora and her lovely mother. Their warm welcome, the spotless rooms, and the delicious breakfast made our stay wonderful. Our room had a beautiful sea view with a spacious balcony, perfect to relax. The peaceful garden with olive trees and vines is a little paradise, just 5 minutes from Potam Beach and only a short distance from Himarë’s center with its evening promenade, restaurants, and tourist shops. The breakfast was tasty and balanced, though for a longer stay we would have appreciated a bit more variety. Overall, everything was perfect and we can’t wait to come back – thank you so much for everything! 💙

“Fabulous accommodation 5 minutes from the beach.”
The location was excellent - out of town enough to not be in the busy centre but only a 10 Minute walk to the Main Street. A lovely beach 5 minutes walk away and loads of restaurants on the doorstep. The owners could not have been nicer and more helpful and kept the place spotlessly clean. Beach towels not provided so bring your own or these can be picked up cheaply from a local stall or supermarket.

If you want to spent your holiday in a fantastic place we highly recommend Koks’ Guesthouse. It’s located very close to the beach but the area is also quiet and peaceful. There are very good restaurants around with amazing food - we didn’t rent a car so it was very important to us. Apartaments are spacious and have all you might need on vacation. There is a common kitchen outside available to use but we haven’t used it since we bought breakfast with our booking. Thank you to the host family for their hospitality and Theodora for helping with everything eversince we booked the apartaments, we were constantly in touch. The host family make delicious breakfast. We spent an amazing time there and we would happily go back.

“Perfect guesthouse to discover Himare and its surroundings”
The Guest house is within walking distance of nice bitches and the center of Himare to have a drink or have dinner. Very comfortable room with balcony and nice sea view. The owners are very nice and helpful. They provide lots of useful information for your stay.
