“Staff were very friendly, the room was homely and comfortable and very local access to town.”
Loved the location. The breakfast was not well supplied with a lot of the food running out or limited choices the later you came. We arrived at 9am on both days and particularly on the Saturday there was almost nothing left.

Out of all the hotels that I have stayed in Germany Sure best Western Hilden nach Dusseldorf is by far the outstanding hotel out of all the others I have visited, one person of your staff Denise shines so brightly she deserves an accolade, and I thank her for the way she welcomed me.

The air conditioner did not work at all. The room was very loud since it was facing a busy road. I submitted my concerns to the hotel, but I never received any reimbursement. Overall, it was a very distressful experience.
