Great house, comfy bed, genial hosts, fabulous breakfast, absolutely 10/10. David and I played a frame of snooker ( he's pretty good - watch out ) and he drove me to the ANZAC service in Paeroa the following morning. Anja is a great host, keeping a meticulous house, and serving an excellent breakfast, with great coffee. Lovely views from the balcony top off a great visit.

“Best B&B I've ever stayed at”

By far the best B&B I have ever stayed at. The house is old and beautiful with three friendly dogs but not a speck of dust to be found. No strange odours, mold or pests anywhere (which I would have expected of a house with history like this one). Beautiful garden with a hot tub, a nice guest lounge to relax in, the room and bathrooms were so clean I felt comfortable to wander around barefoot. The hosts David and Anja are incredibly sweet and welcoming to my partner and I. They put a lot of effort into the breakfast and dinner platter which were both delicious - we were both very well fed! It felt like coming home to mum and dad, and I wish more B&Bs were like this.

It was wonderful place to stay in NZ. Anya and David gave us a wonderful, classic and noble experience. ❤️

Corbett House and the hosts were just incredibly great! We were there for one night, but we could have stayed longer. The house and the beautifull landscaped garden were gorgeous.

“Awesome escape from the city”

Loved the gorgeous house and grounds, and luxurious feeling of the bedrooms upstairs. The history of the place was awesome, including the original billiard room, complete with a full-size billiard table 😲The breakfast was fabulous ; the hosts were amazing! Loved that they had a spa and sky sport if we wanted to watch the rugby in the main lounge downstairs, we could have 👍 The 3 dogs were well-behaved and only barked when we arrived; quite cute overall.

Location was great. Easy access to Paeroa & Thames and surrounding areas. Breakfast was superb, different each day. Had the platter one night instead of going out for a meal. Highly recommend the platter. Couldn't eat it all. Hosts were awesome. so friendly, lots of laughs. We felt we had known them for years. Will certainly return. Hi to David & Anja from us.

Incredibly special property and find example of arts and crafts architecture. A real gem of the area, and truly wonderful for our hosts to share their home with us. A lovely place in which to rest, and perfectly placed for exploring the Coromandel Peninsula.
