A lovely, family-run guest house that is exceptionally clean and well-located. It's just a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants, but tucked away enough to be quiet at night. The hosts are very kind and made us feel very welcome. Great value for money.

This was a great place to stay 5 minutes walk from the beach in hikkaduwe. The family were friendly and helpful and always asking us if we needed anyrhing. The room was large with a nice bathroom and great aircon. There was also a nice balcony to sit and watch the world go by. The bed was very comfortable . I would definitely stay here again.

Completly new house, clean, generous, nice balcony, good WiFi, everything you can ask for. The house is managed by a young family living on the ground floor with a cute little Baby.

“Home away from home”

We booked last minute after my wife felt ill, instead of staying in a hostel. We arrived 15 minutes later and we were welcomed with open arms, they extended the checkout time so that we could get plenty of rest and even brought us pancakes in the morning so that we didn’t go hungry. We really felt well looked after and cared for, the beds were also super comfortable and the shower had hot water. The room was very quiet, there was no road noise at night so we had a good rest, and a 3 minute walk to the pharmacy and 4 minutes to the beach!

Lovely new property on a quieter side road. Very close to beach access and all the main road restaurants and shopping without the noise. Nice light, big rooms with modern facilities and good air-con. The hosts are very welcoming and have provided a great shared space with kitchen facilities. And we saw huge turtles for free!

Spotless room, mosquito net over the bed, big bathroom with hot water. The property is new, everything is brand new and of good quality, done with taste. Very quiet location, very close to the beach and restaurants. You can even watch monkeys and birds from your balcony in the morning! The owner and his family are very friendly.

Very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable room. Located 2 minutes walking from the beach and far enough from the main street and the railway not to hear any noises. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is even an oven! The owner is very friendly and always willing to help.
