The quietness & tranquility, being left alone. If you needed anything, you only had to ask, very helpful hosts 😊 We also enjoyed the walk to the beach every morning.

A hidden pearl close to everything Hikkaduwa related. Oliver was super friendly and had great rooms, very nice breakfast and an awesome pool to offer. All surrounded by a beautiful garden.

Wonderful welcoming host and family ,lovely apartments set in beautiful well kept gardens that are teaming with wildlife. Quite location but only a ten minute tuk tuk ride for the hustle and bustle of downtown Hikkaduwa. Second time we have stayed there and will definitely heartily recommend this excellent establishment. The swimming pool is spotless and well maintained thanks to Oliver . Loved every moment of our stay here.

We spent 5 lovely nights at bouncers place, Oliver was always on hand if we needed any help or advice, the breakfast was very good value for money and The gardens are beautiful and only a 10 min walk to the local beach. Check out Black Rock shack the food is amazing and kalpia the owner is a great guy. Rock on Bob Marley 😊

Excellent private place with spectacular area near villas - garden, trees, palms, beautiful pool with backlight, birds and a lot of little chipmunks. Located a little away from a road, so it's really quiet. Oliver - the owner of the place is a really nice guy, who will always help you if you have some questions or needs. You can even buy a beer from him =)

The host is very hospitable, he helped us with all the questions we asked. The host took care of our transportation, breakfast and even beer by the pool. We felt wonderful in this place, the well-kept and cultivated environment made us feel like we were in a jungle paradise. The location allowed us to feel part of the local life as it is not very touristy. Nevertheless, the beach is only a few hundred meters away.

We liked the location and the house had all the necessary equipment for self catering. The host, Oliver and his family were friendly and informative. we loved the quiet bushland setting and its situated within walking distance to the beach. A comfortable place that makes a good base for further exploration trips in southern Sri Lanka.

Quiet, very relaxed place, private. Big size garden. Very good quality area around the pool. Host is the best I ever met, very friendly and fixes issues if any. Host (Oliver) lives in this place and looks after it daily as his own (which it is), offered fruits from his garden.

The room is clean, stylish and well appointed. The bathroom is very large and comfortable, also the bed is large and comfortable. There is air conditioner, a table and chairs for work. Since we came to work, the workplace was important for us. Cool and big pool with cool palm trees and views. We also ordered breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything was very tasty and on time. The area is clean and was cleaning every day. Oliver is very open, polite, cheerful. We really enjoyed it, we already miss it. Therefore, the next time we are here, we will definitely check in again and we also recommend it to you.

Oliver’s place is perfect, away from the parties, road and train. Excellent rest at night. Good breakfast at any time of the day. Pool. You feel like you are at your own summer house in the jungles. Oliver himself is a great host.

the comfort of the porch (because it was raining a lot during our visit). Also the swimmingpool was relaxing overall it was a nice stay. If you like there is also a tuctuc driver who knows the owner of the place (oliver) and he can drive you everywhere for a fair price.
