My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Haritha Villas & Spa. Each villa has a friendly staff member to assist with anything you could possibly want or need. Chaminda looked after us so well, his attentive and friendly manner made the stay even more enjoyable. Having our own pool in our villa was very special. We loved watching the peacocks wander around the grounds and even spotted some moneys moving through the edges of the property. The villa itself felt luxurious and private, with so many little touches that made it so special. It was also very clean and well maintained. The spacious shower linked to outside so we could shower after a dip in the pool. There was a well equiped mini bar, tea and coffee supplies and a beautiful fruit basket. The turn down service was a lovely addition with a small treat left each night to enjoy. Being half board, beautiful meals were provided for breakfast and dinner. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the location is quiet and so serene. The Spa was amazing and highly recommend booking a treatment, the fitness centre was great!

“Beautiful hotel and incredible staff”

The hotel has only a few villas, which makes it very intimate. The staff took excellent care of us. Before our arrival, they did everything they could to ensure our stay went as smoothly as possible and that our preferences were taken into account. Our only regret is not having stayed longer.

“Slice of jungle paradise”

Haritha was a little slice of jungle paradise. It was just the perfect place to escape reality for week, Enjoy life and relax. The service, staff and attention to detail were impeccable. A special thank you to Roshan who looked after us for the week. He was brilliant. We have a little baby 3.5 months old who the team were so good with him (I think he misses morning smiles from the team) The food is amazing, all freshly made and super tasty! The rooms were comfortable with our own private plunge pool, great to enjoy family time and relax.

We stayed 2 nights at the end of an extended trip to Sri Lanka as we wanted to leave with a special memory, rather than the chaos that 14 days of crisis had caused. So this was an expensive treat to end 54 days of adventure. But WHAT a stunning resort, just 5 minutes from Hikkaduwa. The property nestles on the top of a hill, with stunning sunset views and has around 7 hidden villas all with private pools, set out below the main pool and restaurant. Above all of these is the giant 2-bed mansion. The differentiator here is being allocated a butler who can organise your whole stay. If you want to eat in your room at any time, you can - there's no room service charge. They can make a floating breakfast in your pool or have a romantic dinner on your private terrace. The food itself was top notch and beautifully presented. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable- and it really was worth the treat. Thanks to Chaminda, our butler, and Nilanka, Roshan and Gayan who really made an effort to make us feel at home.

Haritha Villas was an absolute highlight of our trip. We especially loved our private pool with its gorgeous, tranquil view. It felt like we were the only ones there… the privacy and peacefulness were unmatched. A very special thank you to Lasantha, our butler, who was amazing from start to finish. He was so accommodating and helpful, yet always respectful of our privacy — the perfect balance. The food was fantastic with plenty of great choices, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared. We truly loved our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay full of unforgettable moments. Every small detail was well thought and carefully arranged by our amazing villa master Mr. Kingsley who always made sure we had a truly relaxing and unique experience. “Best hotel we ever had”

Everything about this hotel was just spectacular. The best service and client oriented experience I ever had. The contemporary villa with private pool was absolutely stunning and couldn’t ask for anything more. We had the most amazing private butler Lasantha who took care of us from the first moment we arrived and offered us the best treatment possible which made the whole trip to Sri Lanka memorable. The chef is absolutely fantastic and literally everything we ate was delicious. The massage therapists pampered us and gave us the most relaxing hours. Mr Axel the general manager insured we have such a private and peaceful environment in this resort that there is not a single detail to complain about. We recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Sri Lanka especially that is hijabi friendly!

“A Truly Special Experience – Thank You Nilanka”

We stayed at Haritha Villas for four nights, and it was one of the most peaceful, special experiences we've ever had. Tucked away in the middle of what feels like a little jungle, it’s the perfect escape if you’re looking to truly switch off. The property is stunning, but what really makes the experience unforgettable is the people. Nilanka was our butler during our stay, and he was incredible. Kind, calm, discreet, and always one step ahead. He didn’t just take care of things at the hotel—he helped us with our excursions too, making sure everything ran smoothly, even when we were off-site. You can tell he really cares. Nothing felt transactional. He made us feel looked after in such a genuine way, which is rare. The villa was beautiful—super comfortable and private, with our own pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. You feel like you're in your own little world, surrounded by nature. The food was also amazing. If you love fresh seafood, you’ll be in heaven. Everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Chef Amila is exceptional—every meal felt like dining at a Michelin-star restaurant. The variety, presentation, and taste were consistently outstanding. They also serve organic meat and use really fresh ingredients. The spa treatments were another highlight. The massages were excellent. The therapists were professional and skilled, and the peaceful setting made it even more relaxing. We've travelled to many places, but this stay really stood out because it still feels warm and personal. Huge thanks to Nilanka, Chef Amila, and the rest of the team for making it so special—we’re already thinking about when we can come back.

We had a fantastic time at Haritha. Beautiful villas midst lush gardens, nature and wildlife. Top service. Great food, both international and Sri Lankan. Thilina made our stay very special and helped whenever needed. Also highly recommend the garden tour to learn about all plants, trees and flowers of the estate. We didnt wanna leave. “More like a 6 or 7 star hotel”

It doesn't get much more luxury and comfort than this. The service is world class. Our butler Thilina did everything we asked for and some more. He was very attentive and kind. The entire hotel area is incredibly beautiful and lush. You really get an "into the jungle" feeling. Sunset view from the shared pool/restaurant - a big plus for me. The villa has everything you need and is very private. The cleaning is exceptional. The food is absolutely incredible - everything we ate was fantastic and you can easily get dishes off the menu, which we appreciated. Spa is a must visit! The hotel gets my warmest recommendations - a memory for a life :)

Out butler Tharanga was so kind and helpful, he made our experience truly exceptional. The food was delicious, every single dish was amazing. And the mansion was very comfortable (the bed in particular!)
