Beautiful old building, nice and cool in the summer even without air conditioning. Nice people working there, unfortunately the café was not open

“lovely stay in picturesque apartment in the Harzgebirge”
The accommodation is located in a traditional German timber framed house, containing three holiday apartments and the Gott sei Dank Kaffeehaus (open Sat/Sun only, breakfast a must). The rooms are large and as per the photos on booking.com. Everything is there required to make the stay comfortable, from the kitchen to the bathroom and living area. Off-site parking in the yard is available as is the possibility to sit outside in the yard. Petra and Michael are lovely hosts, available when needed and always there for a chat. There is a bakery next door and shops close by. Herzberg is only 15min away, with other attractions easy to reach by car.
