We never want to use this apartment. -The staircase section, which is not on the website, appeared to be undergoing refurbishment work as the surface had been ripped away. We contacted the manager, who insisted that it was the part of design, not the refurbishment work, which we found difficult to understand. Also, they did not put photos of those areas on the website, so we felt that they were clearly hiding the bad points. -Only the main living room was cold as the heater did not come on, so with a zero year old daughter we could not use that room in the end. -There was no hairdryer listed as an equipment and the girls had to give up showering as it was a cold winter. (This was appreciated as the manager said he would bring another hairdryer the next day). -Despite the shower room being visible from outside, there were no curtains and it was in full view until the window glass fogged up. We planned to stay for three nights, but eventually had to check out after only one night because the children were scared of the condition of the stairs etc.
