“We comes to have a rest. But we had a stress!!!”
We comes to have a rest. But we had a stress!!! I can put 5 stars only for person who was awaiting us as we had a late visit. The rest review - it is 1 star. First of all - it is not hotel. It is old motel with old renovation. Rooms maden by wooden walls, so I heart my neightbors. No any 3* present there - it is some kind of hostel. I visited this place with 9 persons. We comes on 1 car (minibus). We were booked 5 rooms. And I was not able to find place on parking only for 1 car. No wifi password was provided. Also they take more money for breakfast than it was paid before. No any chairs on street where you can sit. I'm not reccomend to visit this place.

“Overall a great one night stay after our ferry journey to France. Would use again.”
Location was good for Caen city and Ferries. East to find and directly off main route. Rooms a little dated but clean and well equipped. Staff helpful and great breakfast. Tea and coffee in room always welcome.

“Problematic, disappointing but just about OK for the Ferry Port..”
Rooms were ok and reasonably comfortable but a bit dated. There were a few eateries and restaurants in walking distance. Very good oriental buffet (O'Royal Wok) 5 mins away. Parking directly outside some rooms. OK for a one-night stay for the Ferry terminal.

Great spot for an overnight stay with easy access to rhe Caen (Oustriham) ferry terminal. Fairly basic rooms but clean and has eveything you need including pleanty of parking. Have used it a couple of times before and will do again

“Comfortable, clean & good value.”
We've stayed here a numerous times and always find it friendly, comfortable & clean. It's very good value for money and suits us well for location & convenience. The beds & bedding are always clean & very comfortable - I think they have recently upgraded the bedding & it is noticeable. The bathrooms are clean & spacious. The breakfast is good value also. There's plenty or free parking & the free wifi works well. A nice relaxed place to get a decent night's sleep. Recommended.

“Perfect location and incredibly comfortable”
The room was spotless, fresh clean sheets, extremely comfortable bed, everything provided for a very nice stay. Location is excellent for the ferry port and also the local hyper market which was great to wander around. I had to leave before breakfast started so I can't comment on that.
