Location was closed to different supermarkets so always possible to choose where to go. Staff was friendly and offered some ideas what we can do in the city, where to go, how far everything is located etc. By requesting we could also use fridge to put food. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Just for one night stay it was perfect. We had enough space to sleep for 5 people.

“Value for money and comfortable overnight stay”
The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything needed for a quick overnight stay after a late ferry. The hotel is within 10 minutes of the port and easy to find. For a budget hotel I thought the breakfast selection was very good and the staff were very friendly.

Perfect location for an overnight stay after the ferry arrived at Caen @ 10pm. 24 hour front desk. Simple rooms but perfect just to get a good night's sleep. And the breakfast buffet is a good start to the day before driving south into France

“Non existent”
We could not find the hotel at all so my money paid in advance was wasted because we never got there. The Sat Nav repeatedly sent us to another IBIS hotel WITH THE SAME ADDRESS apparently but a more expensive grade and in the end we resigned ourselves to staying there and paying over 90 euros more for it. We were very unhappy about this. We are both in our late seventies and were exhausted after a long journey from south west England and a ferry journey that day. It was very late at night . If there is any possibility of claiming a refund for the other IBIS hotel I paid for I would like to do so. I'm afraid we will avoid IBIS hotels in future. We thought it would be straightforward finding it
