“Excellent base for work or a short break meeting family friends etc.”
Fantastic place to base yourself for Herndon/Reston. Restaurants within walking distance and a small gym too on site. Bonus is the supermarket next door.

“Great, ideal for exploring Hendon and Reston.”
Great location, room comfy, nice hot shower. Breakfast is fine for a quick bite to eat. Nice having a supermarket next door and many restaurant options with in walking distance (Yep Europeans walk :-)

“my booking was canceled without showing any relevant reason.”
I received an email on the day I was supposed to check in, saying that they had to cancel my reservation! And also saying that "We have accepted the responsibility for your hotel accommodations for the night. We have a room reserved for you at...." and never replied when I asked for a confirmation email for the booking they've made and gave me no information about the specs of the room. Forget professionalism, I would expect that email out of decency! Also, the room they booked at a Best Western did not meet the standards of the room I had booked.

“Convenient and clean airport stay”
Bed was very comfortable, check-in quick, the surrounding area is well stocked with restaurants and grocery stores, parking is convenient and feels safe. Easy to get from/to the airport by car; a bit of a long walk to the nearest subway station, but doable without suitcases.
