“Unfair charge”
I have a very bad experience with the hotel. On June 27, my flight was canceled, and I booked a room at your hotel for the night. I received a confirmation email for the reservation. However, when I arrived at the hotel later in the evening, the receptionist was unable to find my reservation and informed me that there were no available rooms. As a result, I stayed in the lobby trying to find another hotel. Later, I noticed that my card was charged either for the stay or as a no-show fee. However, I did show up and was ready to stay at the hotel, but unfortunately, no room was available. This happened after a 20-hour journey from Europe, and I was extremely exhausted. The management still has not refunded the money I was charged unfairly. I am very disappointed by this experience.

“A fine option if you are transiting from Dulles”
This is your standard roadside hotel for those traveling from Dulles. It is functional, the staff are nice, and they have a couple of amenities like a nice gym. The rooms are clean and equipped with the basics that you might need.

“It's ok for only one night or more if you clean yourself.”
The airport is really close, convenient for one night. It is a long stay place and has amenities like a kitchen and a big refrigerator.

“Reasonable price, Clean, convenient, and quiet”
The hotel clean, convenient, quiet, and is very close to IAD, so it is always my first option not only for those reasons, but also because the staff is so friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. I appreciate the cooperation of Cindy and her colleagues.
