“Peaceful and romantic stay in Champagne region”
We had a lovely 3 night long weekend staying at the Chateau in Hermonville. The room was beautiful, modern and clean with a sitting area. The house itself is stunning and the photos from the Chateau don't do it justice. The spaces are grand and the garden is beautiful and huge! With a space at the end for BBQs and picnics or a terrace by the house for champagne, which the house sells by the bottle for a very reasonable price. There is also a very cosy lounge area inside the house you can use. Breakfast is really very good, and Emmanuelle cooks up eggs for you herself. Emmanuelle is very friendly and accommodating, she was kind enough to welcome us into the Jazz night that was going on at the property in the building adjacent the main house. The location is good, 10 minutes to a lovely restaurant in the town and also ten minutes to a bakery, and small supermarket shop. There are nice walks and bike rides nearby and Reims is maximum 20minutes drive from the property. Epernay is also a short drive, so it was a really good base for exploring many champagne houses and vineyards. I absolutely recommend this place and my wife and I will certainly be visiting again.

Emmanuelle is a super friendly & helpful host. The rooms, the historic buildings and the park are individually and carefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and stay and her great breakfasts! We’ld like to be back and check out the “Caves d’Hermonville” on the property as well! Merçi!

We all loved the property. The owner was fantastic. Everything was perfect. Hate to say anything negative as it doesn’t deserve a negative comment However the shower could be a bit hotter. But we really loved the beautiful chateaux

Gorgeous chateaux nestling in a beautiful village north of Reims. The couple who own the chateaux were so welcoming and the general ambience of the property was just luxury! The honesty bar was only champagne.

Very nice small castle/villa with outdoor swimming pool and huge garden. Breakfast was very good and included eggs and ham (which is not always the case in France). Our room was in the side building and was very spacious and light.

The chateau is perfectly located in a quiet part of the village, yet within walking distance of everything, with a nice evening light and view on the vineyards. The room was spacious, clean, with a medium firm comfortable bed and great black out curtains, a spacious bathroom and a small bar fridge. The breakfast was plentiful and full of great local products, very enjoyable. The park is massive with a beautiful swimming pool, a little pond at the back of the park and spaces to wander in a get lost for a few hours!

“A beautiful chateu in the heart of Champagne”
The Chateu was just amazing. We decided to stay here 4 nights while exploring the region of champagne. When we arrived, the host offered us a room upgrade free of charge. The beautiful garden was so peaceful that it was a pity to leave! Thanks again to the owner and her husband, very helpful in everything! If we will go back to champagne, this chateu will definitively be our first choice!

“Beautiful property, fantastic location and great hosts.”
We were given a choice of rooms on arrival. Both very spacious, clean and well designed. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly with good conversational English and seemed to enjoy our attempts at Fren-glish!! Beds very comfortable and facilities were great. Breakfast was lovely with options of eggs as well as continental. Overall this property is excellent value and highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the northern Champagne region.
