“Not comfortable at all”
The unit is outdated. The linen did not fit the bed, the curtain rails was falling apart. The living room couches was dirty, smelly and very old. The TV system worked poorly. The blinds in the living room was sticky and old and difficult to open. The fan in the bedroom is so rusted that it doesn't make any wind!

“Reasonable accommodation”
Check in was ok...security did not have my details on file, which created a challenge to get into the premises, and then had to contact someone else to hand over the keys...check in took a bit longer than expected...
