Rooms were very comfortable. We had issues with our DSTV decoder, but they sorted it out the next day. The Breakfasts we our favourite part - great food and very friendly staff. Very conveniently located.

As always on previous visits, the staff were exceptional and welcoming. The room was spotless and comfortable and breakfast was outstanding. One cannot improve on the location as everything is within walking distance. Still believe it is a place I can recommend without hesitation and will continue to go there in the future.

“Perfect Start to Our South Africa Trip”

This was the perfect start to our South Africa journey. We were warmly welcomed and received helpful local tips every day during our stay. Our room was excellent, the location right in the center and by the sea was ideal, and the massage after our long trip is something we can highly recommend.

We were on the 2nd floor with a balcony with a lovely sea view Even though they were renovating the dining room, they still presented an excellent breakfast in a converted room during the time of renovations

“To be avoided at all costs”

An unpleasant welcome with ID checks – very surprising and unexpected! The hotel has absolutely no decor, apart from its pretty façade. A noisy hotel. Breakfast is served in a makeshift room where the waitresses are wearing puffer jackets because of the cold, even though all the doors are open. I won’t dwell on the quality of the breakfast or the tea bags bought at rock-bottom prices from the supermarket. In the land of Rooibos, that’s a bit of a let-down! Not everyone can claim to be a ****. To be avoided at all costs.

Central location near shops, restaurants and coast path. Team were all really helpful. Room very comfortable. Delicious breakfast next door. Thoughtful extras such as biscuits and sherry.

Sea-facing penthouse suite - graciously appointed, warm, lovely touches and comfortable bed and linen. Beautiful view Peaceful in May, will be a little busier in high summer season as very centrally located

The Location is fabulous and breakfast venue is great (along with the food). The staff made a fire for us and were very friendly.

Location. Honestly also felt just like a French villa - lovely decor, and massive room.

It felt so cosy with a fire going all weekend in the lounge (was a rainy weekend). Connor was very helpful as were all the staff. The spa experience was great and the breakfasts were amazing. Being so central we walked everywhere which was so pleasant.
