“Horrible and very disappointing we took our parents age 88and 87 for family holiday”
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from Sunday, June 24th, for four nights. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel, nor did it reflect what was advertised at the time of booking. During my stay: • The room was never cleaned once. • Towels were never changed, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. • The spa robes were provided in poor condition, with visible holes. • The reception staff were rude and unpleasant. Despite the fact that we spoke English, they pretended not to understand us and deliberately responded in German, which made communication unnecessarily difficult and disrespectful. • The services and level of hospitality described on the booking site were misleading and untrue compared to the reality we experienced. This stay was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. I kindly request that you take my complaint seriously and provide an appropriate explanation and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to your prompt response.
