This is the most beautiful apartment in Herceg Novi. The balcony has an ideal view of the sea. The area is quiet. The Savina Monastery is nearby. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk along a very beautiful promenade. The owner is a very pleasant and friendly young man who was always available and ready to help. Ognjen, thank you very much from Russia!

Great view and location and owner!!

The view from the balcony was special and the position was perfect for reaching the sea in a few minutes. Moreover, Ognjen is a perfect host that helps make yourself feel at home and tries his best to meet needs.

Great host. Very kind, polite and helpful. Good location, 5 min from the sea, 10 min town center . Apartment has everything family needs for stay. Unbelievable view to open sea and Boka bay.

“Cosy apartment with a brillant view”

Ogi, the owner, was very professional and kind. He provided excellent, clear directions and even picked us up from the apartment we had been staying at. He was also exceptionally nice to keep our luggage on the last day and even dropped them off to us at the nearby Hotel Perla as we spent the last day at the beach. He let us use his towels even though we had checked out of the apartment as the hotel did not rent towels out. This meant that our last day was so enjoyable. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. There are plenty of useful kitchen utensils and the view from the terrace is wonderful.

As the name of the accommodation reflects, the view is worth every "stair step". Despite the attic, it was pleasant inside because of the constant airflow. The silence and tranquility suggested by the view of the Bay of Kotor are impressive. Kind and helpful host. Exceptional value for money!
