Our stay at One&Only Portonovi was an absolutely incredible experience. The property is truly impressive, perfectly blended into the beautiful surroundings of Boka Bay, with exceptional attention to every detail. We would especially like to highlight the amazing staff, who are a true example of world-class service. From the very first moment until our departure, everything functioned flawlessly. The employees were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help, with a genuine smile and warmth that is rarely seen. From a hotel like One&Only we expected excellent service, but they exceeded all our expectations. “Excellent resort, staff, service and food.”
This is up there with one of the best resorts we've stayed in. We stayed in one of the villa rooms overlooking the sea. We had a shared pool just a few metres from our terrace. The room size was generous and the in room facilities were outstanding. The huge bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was superb and nothing was too much trouble. We had a few extra requests and the wonderful team went above and beyond to try and accommodate us.
