The sheets hadn't been cleaned! there was filth, hairs and crumbs in both beds. As we pulled the sheets off, the state of both the beds were disgustingly covered in stains. The poor couple that got the room next to us were shattered as they thought they were booking the whole house for a romantic weekend away, not just a little room with a spa. Overall a very disappointing experience no communication very dirty would not recommend.

“Abhorrent Disgusting Unhealthy Unhygienic Disgrace”
Absolutely disgusting- the bed had been slept in, sheets dirty. Dishes in the spa! The neighbours have the code for the keys to this place and stayed here. Dianna does not take responsibility for your health, safety or a refund. Booking.com says it isn’t their responsibility and the property caretaker says he’s just the gardener. Never stay at this low life scum bags filthy shit hole.

“A step into nature”
Nice location, was out of the way and we saw wildlife in the mornings. Great if you have a car (we did not). The spa was nice and the keys were easy to collect.

The room was sold as a room with 2 beds. Only 1 bed. The bathroom was filthy mould. I will show photos. Someone else dirty sheets left in the cupboard. It was a one bed , we needed and booked 2 beds,
