“What a wonderful place”
Henningsvaer is a very pretty village made up of many interconnected islets. Don't miss the wonderful beach at the beginning of the road which leads to this place (Rorvikstandra) The rorbu is at the end of an islet, and you have to walk up it and across the bridge (a magnificent view!) to find restaurants and the village's center. No problem on foot when it's not raining (approx. 1.5 kms), more complicated in bad weather as there are few parkings. The rorbu is brand new, first floor, set on the edge of the fjord with a beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Magical whatever the weather. The interior is beautiful and functional, well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (there were 4 of us). Everything is tasteful and warm, exactly as shown in Booking's photos. We didn't use the ladder-accessible mezzanine !

“Wonderful modern accommodation”
Wonderful modern accommodation with all you need. Great views, albeit there is a fish factory on the wharf opposite but this does not detract from the great location.
