“Choose THIS property for a relaxing stay”
Situated in a pleasant, rural location, with very helpful owners. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The house, I assume, was a former farm house, tastefully modernised. The breakfast was plentiful and of outstanding quantity and quality. A large, secluded garden with various seating possibilities, under cover, or open air. Large room, beautifully presented. Off road, private parking. As bed and breakfast accommodation goes, Landleven deserves a 5* rating.

“Nice quiet stay.”
Lovely place outside the city. Nice host, fine rooms with all what we need, fully equipped with place for eating. Breakfast was included egg, fresh orange juice. There was a lot of maps of the area.

“Truly great B&B”
Great B&B and super host - Marion. Felt like staying at grandmother’s place, lot’s of care and attention. Marion even baked some pancakes at the breakfast for us. Would love to return one day.

An amazing place to stay and relax. Farm in the middle of fields and nature fully prepared for its guests. We had two rooms and there was literally all what we needed to relax during our road trip. Owners has traveled a lot and made a list of what they would like to have on their accommodation so all was ready for you. Breakfast were great and we really felt like at the home or some nice family visit.

This room has a French balcony, a double box spring bed, TV, sitting area, dining area and tea and coffee facilities. The room has access to a private bathroom with shower and toilet. This room comes with a double bed or 2x twin bed configuration. Please note that a surcharge of EUR 5 per total stay is applicable in case of of 2x twin bed configuration.
Deluxe Quadruple Room
Deluxe Quadruple Room consists of two rooms, namely De Vuurdoorn and De Roos. The Vuurdoorn is a spacious room with a double box-spring bed, TV, a sitting area with two comfortable chairs and a dining area. In De Roos there is a double bed (140x190) for the 3rd and possibly a 4th person. If you come with two people and still want 2 rooms, there will be an additional charge of €41 per night applicable. There is a private bathroom with bath and separate shower in the passage. There is also a private toilet in the passage.
