“Find a more comfortable hotel. There is plenty in Helen.”

Breakfast food was good. The flimsy plastic cutlery and plastic plate was not what i expected. China plates and steel would have been soooo much better. Melody the waitress was amazing. Lovely and a real credit to the hotel and management. BIG let down was the room. We had a suite. It was like walking into an empty apartment. Despite two micro wave ovens and two fridges, there was not a single piece of cutlery, plate, cup or drinking glass to be found. (There were two flimsy plastic water cups) The corporate managers have decided to remove everything, including any means of making a hot drink apart from the microwaves. Although there is nothing to hold liquid or food to use the microwaves in the suite. The room was comfortable and the staff excellent. But customers vote with their feet. We will not return to this hotel. OR its other hotels until a policy change on the lack of basic comfort towards their guests by the stupid decision to remove the crockery and cutlery as an obvious money saving move by the corporate management.

Hotel itself was very nice but people should have been told that staff was running late so they didn't know what time that breakfast would be ready. People were waiting 15+ minutes before someone said something. I'm thinking what if wanted to catch a bite before they headed out for an appointment. That 15 minutes could have caused them to be late. At least post a sign as soon as you know something so people can make other plans. NOBODY wants to be left wondering. It's understandable when things beyond someones control happen but it's not acceptable when you have control over a situation and you don't communicate.... a simple sign would work.

Breakfast was adequate. Selection could be better, but it was ok. Location was close enough to downtown to be walking distance, but far enough to avoid the crowds and noise.

Location was central to the town we visited. Breakfast was self service but varied and of a good quality for that expected. Our room was huge, very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. (We had 2 queen beds). Great as it was just the standard room that we booked.
