“No acces to hotel”
Unfortunately arrived and couldn't access hotel as closed due to building works but no-one told us.

Location was perfect for us. Room was large, with two big beds. Very clean bathroom. Hot drinks in the lobby with cookie. Just help yourselves. Swimming pool and gym perfect.

This is a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

The front desk attendant was pleasant. The location of the hotel was great. Within walking distance of downtown and a little off the main road. Plenty of parking and would stay there again on my next trip.

“BEWARE BED BUGS”
*****BEWARE BED BUGS***** I thought I could trust the great reviews but I was WRONG. This morning I woke up to a BED BUG crawling next to me on my pillow. I immediatly packed my belongings and went to the front desk to notify the staff (I even took the BED BUG with me in a coffee cup to show them). The rude woman working the front desk asked what room I was in and I said room 303. The first thing she said to me was "well you used a third party to book this room (I used Booking.com) so there is nothing I can do" and just stared at me. She said you really should book with us directly because then I would be able to help you out .(I can get my refund from Booking later, that's not fine). What I find unacceptable is that there was not even an apology or an ounce of sympathy given. She rolled her eyes and made it seem like it was somehow my fault that there were BED BUGS in my room. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience for being upset. I am ASTOUNDED by the complete lack of care and professionalism I just experienced. I called Booking and stayed on the line while they called the property twice and watched as this same women failed to answer their calls. Instead she was outside smoking a cigarette for 15 minutes. If you are looking to stay here please BEWARE. Zero stars!

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly, and was a very good location.we walked to everything you needed. Room was very nice, and enjoyed the hot tub after all the walking.

“Helen is an OK place to visit that wasn’t the issue the issue was when you went to check out the rat”
The lady complained the whole time that she was the only person cooking for all the gas and she had no help
