the place is an old hotel but very well taken care and staff very nice. this kind of experience really make a difference in merging with the city.

Excellent location right at the edge of the Altstadt, and well-connected with trams and buses at Bismarckplatz so you can get to the main train station and Altstadt locations easily. Really cool, unusual rooms with wooden floors, high ceilings, and large windows.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Since our luggage was heavy and my mother has a knee problem, we asked for early check-in and they assisted us, which we really appreciated. The location was very central and convenient. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable.

The property is in an excellent location, with a tramline directly opposite and a comfortable walking distance from the beautiful Old Town and the funicular to the castle. The buffet breakfast was first-class, and the staff very friendly.

Thimo at the reception has been most helpful by lending a hand to get my luggage to level 2 and down on check out day as there is no lift in the hotel. The room is big and huge and aircon works very well. Only one nees channel in English working namely Skynews. Breakfast is great served by Martha. Sufficient range of food offered. Lots of tram and buses to city just outaide of hotel- very centràl and close to the Neckar river where you xan walk to the old Castle for abpit half hour. Them there is Thimo's friendly dog Poppy who is friendly at the reception area when i checked in.

Lovely, spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast was good too with good hot and cold options. It was nearby the venue of a conference I was attended which was very convenient for me too.

Well-located with major public transport terminus just outside, and on the edge of Heidelberg's old town. Very large room with good view, and a kettle to make tea and coffee. Well-appointed bathroom. Breakfast buffet was excellent with very good choice and selection. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.
