“Terrible experience, never encountered such rude hosts.”

The host was extremely unfriendly and rude. When I asked where the showers are, I was told that I should shower in the morning because she wants to go to bed soon. She told me that it is already late and when we looked at the time, and it was 7.03pm, she just said that I either need to shower now or tomorrow morning, because the shower is in their flat and she doesn't want to be disturbed. I asked if it is ok where I parked, and she told me that I need to park in front, which is what I did. When she saw my car, she started shouting and said it's "ridiculous" to park in front of the house, even though this is where she had pointed to. The radiator was off when I arrived and the room freezing. She turned the radiator on after I arrived, but it was freezing all night. She told me in the morning that she turned the heating off when she went to bed, because it’s too expensive to leave it on. I had a small electric heater in the room which was on but didn't warm up the room at all. Instead of being concerned about her guests being cold, she just told me that it was warm enough. During breakfast, they sat at the table next to me, making admin calls on loudspeaker, making me feel as if I am invading their living room. When I asked if they have received my payment through booking.com, I was unsure if I paid or only reserved when I left my card details during the online booking process, they again reacted annoyed, saying "definitely not". They also didn't offer a receipt and when I asked, I was again met with annoyance, and she told me that it will take a long time to make up a receipt, because her husband first needs to create one on his computer. It took about 20 minutes. In the end, when I was leaving, she did not even turn around to say goodbye, but as soon as I was out the door, she got up and locked it.

We booked this very last minute and turned up late and were accommodated and welcomed in by the host. Lovely and filling breakfast spread. The host is very clear to point out there is no shower facilities and it's a shared toilet but this wasn't an issue for us.

Near b&b was so quiet so I could take a good sleep. There’s no shower room in this small twin room, but the host helped me to use private shower room so no problem at all. Breakfast was just perfect💯💯💯The best breakfast that I ever had… You have to try the pancakes that freshly cooked for you! and you can take the rest of things for your lunch(It’s a huge breakfast).
