“No service, but room was bareable. They then duplicated the charge 7 days later.”
When I arrived, there was no one to check me in. I eventually managed to get one of the local workers/tenants to take me to the room. It is only 1 room out of 3 that is available, the other 3 are occupied by contract workers on a permanent basis. The room was clean, and the AC worked. The shower worked but the water is yellow. I would not recommend this for any ladies. It was bareable

The water pump runs on electricity. There was no lights and water due to loadshedding. We were not advised of this.

We booked and paid for double deluxe rooms we were given rooms with single beds and were told that our rooms were given to other guests even thou our bookings were confirmed.

The place is a nightmare, please don't ever think of visiting this place. Loud music from the facility, no security, water and electricity problems, poor reception, no manta ce to the grounds.

It was comfortable enough, friendly staff and close to the Kruger Park which is why we originally booked it. The place has a lot of potential, it seems like it is still being developed. At first when you are driving there you may feel hesitant about the location, but we felt perfectly safe so don't prejudge the area 😉
