“What an amazing and comfortable stay”

Loved the entertainment area

There was a power outage for over 12 hours and the backup power provided in the unit did not work. Kruger Park Lodge indicated that the unit was privately owned and therefore offered no assistance. The person we were told to contact for maintenance was unhelpful. The food we brought got spoiled as the fridge was not working (due to the power outage), we could not bath or cook and hence our stay was very uncomfortable. While the apartment was remodelled, the workmanship was poor (i.e lob-sided toilet, misaligned flush plate, loose tiles in the bathroom, etc.)

There was a leak under the kitchen sink and there was a leak in the bottom bathroom. Due to the leak the kitchen cupboard had a bad smell.

Very clean space. All facilities were in very good condition. It was extremely humid but the aircon kept us cool. Food at the restaurant was delicious.

It was a home away from home. We needed a relaxing environment and we got exactly that. We loved everything. The unit was spacious and adequately furnished. Its a beautiful place, loved the modern finishes. I would love to applaud Ivonny Ndlovu, one of the cleaners, she is absolutely thorough in her cleaning and she cleaned areas that her colleagues neglected in previous. She was absolutely amazing and seems to enjoy her craft. The way she made the beds was absolutely beautiful🌸🌸

The property is overall beautiful, it has a well equipped kitchen with washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Everything is in good shape, the 3 bedrooms are all Ensuite which was perfect. I really loved the space, the cool breeze made everything make sense. ❤️♥️💯 Did i mention the King sized bed in the Master bedroom, with its own smart TV and bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

I liked everything. Clean unit, comfortable beds. Beautiful Deco.
