Always stay at kpl when visiting the kruger. It's a perfect place.

Neatness overall

No hot water flow in the main bathroom. Light keeps switching off in second bathroom. Reported but not yet sorted out in the 2 days we spent in the unit.

Nice greenery, well maintained property as well as the facilities. Near to Kruger park. Friendly staff.

The TV never worked. Reception responded but couldn't fix Towels and linen tired! No chopping board Cheap and difficult to use can opener Upstairs aircon squeaked - couldn't use call for batteries in the remote The control of the guests next door on the Friday night was not satisfactory. Your correspondence emphases the importance of no noise after 10.00pm. The people next door partied and moved furniture all night. We called reception at around 3.15am and they said they would send security. Whether they came or not, who knows the noise went on all night. They did not sleep.

The place was beautiful, clean, neat, the cottage we stayed had everything. Shops are close , so you do your shopping.

“Misleading Advertising”

No where on your website or Golf Safari's website did it mention that this was a semi or split unit. Even the numbers for the units when corresponding with yourselves made no reference to an A or B unit. The pictures are also misleading and create a false expectation as they show a whole chalet giving one an impression that you are booking a whole chalet. During the booking process it referred to a family room which I then questioned and requested a cancellation for. I specifically asked for a unit that was not shared as we did not want to be disturbed by any noise, voices or movements next to us. I was set at ease and it was confirmed in writing with us that we would have the whole chalet to ourselves. Based on this we proceeded with the booking. I would appreciate an explanation from both parties as this definitely put a damper on our family holiday.

We loved the location. Close to town, yet it didn't feel that way. Also close to the Kruger Park which is the main reason we chose this property. The hippo pond was a treat.
