“Lush Lowveld garden and friendly hosts”

Fresh flowers in the room and fresh milk in the fridge. Our friendly hostess Connie greeted us with a complimentary bowl of fruit salad which hit the spot as we hadn't had lunch. She also sorted us out with charcoal which we had forgotten to buy so that we could make a braai for our dinner. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and watching all the birds. Good breakfast too.

Connie, the Hostess gave us a wonderful greeting, showed us to our room, suggested places to get a an evening meal. She’s just wonderful - Home from Home. We will be back soon for our 3rd visit.

The breakfast was amazing, the hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful, especially since we got stuck in the mud due to all the rains.

A really lovely tranquil place boasting a large garden area beautifully managed and a haven for wildlife. There were numerous bird species present in the gardens and multiple ponds providing a mosiac of habitats. We appreciated Connie's hospitality, providing us with lots of local info and a great breakfast in the morning. The accommodation was essentially a large chalet that was clean and comfortable with nothing but birdsong to greet you in the morning. Parking was straight forward and there are a few restaurants by the junction around 4 km away. Phabeni gate for access into Kruger was around a 20 minute drive away.

“A gem of a place.”

Super quiet hideaway close to the Kruger and driving routes. Connie and Thinus are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. Lots of nice touches to make your stay memorable. All the units are very comfortable and fitted with all that you need. No need to look elsewhere for accommodation!

The property is located in a quiet area about 20 minutes from the kruger park entrance. The hosts were very nice and helpful and the property is well suited to relax at the pool or in the garden area.
