The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The check-in process was easy and convenient with clear instructions. The location was good and quiet, perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and everything felt well prepared for guests.

Also great to have the code method to enter the facility and the apartment so it can be accessed at your own time.

Great location within walking distance of the city centre, yet very quiet. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and completely free of any unpleasant odours (despite some previous reviews that had initially worried me before booking). The De’Longhi coffee machine, along with a couple of coffee capsules, was a very nice touch.

Good day Thank you very much to Mr. Alfred for the wonderful apartments, we felt cozy and comfortable, like at home. Very comfortable mattress for rest. We came to the Czech Republic to participate in the World Championship - coursing, in Tosovice on Odra in Heypark. We spent the whole day in the field and when we arrived at the room, we felt very cozy. We had three Whippet dogs with us, for which special thanks to Mr. Alfred, that he is friendly to animals. Everything was great, clean and location top. Stuff very kind. Checking-in and Checking-out was super easy-to-do. All done through emails and codes. Very quiet location. All you need is there, clean kitchen and bedding. If you need more coffee, just ask for it, it will wait for you in the morning on the door handle. Thak you Sting :)

Spacious apartment I could imagine to live in. Fixed appliances (cooker, big fridge, kettle), shower, towels, large double bed, bed-sit. Even a television. Suitable for a longer stay. Clean.

Location was perfect for my needs. I booked two apartments which were very warm, had everything we needed. Many nice little touches of tea/coffee/salt/pepper, shampoo, vanity set, washing up liquid & sponge etc. Contactless check-in was great as we arrived at 3am in the morning and checked out at 4.30am on the morning of our departure. One apartment had a beautiful bathtub, plenty of hot water. Very clean bathrooms. Hot tub and fitness suite onsite but we didn't have time to use them and they needed to be reserved in advance.

Room was specious. Kitchenette was nice. Staff were friendly.
