The property was a great place to stay for three couples. Plenty of room and having three bathrooms was excellent. The property is very well equipped and comfortable. We loved the semi rural location and was only a five minute drive to the Havelock North village.

Fantastic place to stay for the six of us. Plenty of room and the property was really well equiped and furnished. The owners were very accommodating and we were able to access the house a bit earlier which was very much appreciated.

Spacious, clean and warm. Great location for 2 families to gather for Matariki weekend. Loved being that some were able to gather around the outdoor fire pit, while some gather inside with the fire.

We loved it so much we booked twice! The family all agreed it felt like home as we were so familiar with the house and area. This time we just chilled, ordered food in and cooked. Spoilt with all the condiments, and cooking utensils. Never had this at other houses we've stayed at, its usually the bare minimum. Kopanga house has everything you need. Highly recommended.

“Superb Spacious house in the Havelock Hills to meet all our needs and more!”

Kopanga house is nestled in the Havelock Hills with a gorgeous view of the Bay. So close to the village yet so quiet and private. The heated salt water pool was an added bonus. We were looking for a house with separate rooms for the entire family and the space to chill and this met the requirements perfectly. This has been the best equipped holiday house we have stayed at to date. Heat pumps/aircon, fire, fire pit, fans, extra pillows, blankets, every utensil imaginable, microwave, whizzy fridge with ice maker and sparkling water option.... Everything was very comfortable and the hosts, Lucy and Richard, very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended. Plus they have a glamping site nearby that is very lush with a hot tub!

Great place! Location was good, quiet with lovely surrounding trees and birds to listen to. Really good having the basics provided and especially the coffee machine! It was really nice having the pool (but it didn't feel heated!) and the outdoor fire was wonderful to sit round in the evenings.

1. Cleanliness could have been better, e.g. fridge was not cleaned. 2. Access to main door is not suitable for older people, you have to go around the side of the house which has planters partially blocking the access. In bad weather it would not be good. 3. It is implied that the house has air conditioning, this is misleading as there is only one air conditioned room! 4. There was a number of personal photos left out, these should be removed,

Stunning property, kids lived in the pool. Very spacious with comfortable couches for relaxing on. Beds comfortable & whole house was spotless. 4min drive to village that has a great range of eateries.

The property was great - amazing decor, the beds were very comfortable. While there is single-glazing and the home could be very cold, between the fire and the heaters in every room it was very cozy. The hosts were excellent at communication. Would recommend!
