“Almost there”

Pretty close to the Pekoe trail (the bus can take you back and forth to the trail, 3 km away) and with a view of a hill and lake. Nice staff. Hot shower. Great buffet lunch and breakfast.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Hotel Hill Cool. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. One of the most outstanding highlights was the food every dish was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. “Genuineness and trust is important above money.”

The management is not genuine at all. I didn't get the suit I booked, they pleased and I accepted a different room. At the end they charged same price though they agreed to reduce it. It's not the money but the trust. This insincere behaviour is really disappointing.

Food , welcoming and everything

Food was pretty good! The kitchen staff were pleasant. Chef was really nice and decent and left a good impression.

I have stayed at this place several times, and it’s one of the best along the Hatton–Nuwara Eliya highway. It has very convenient access from the main road, and the food is excellent. The staff is also very friendly.

We booked in to the large room 109. Loved the Hospitality and Friendly nature by all the staff especially from the owner (Nishathan) who lead from front then the manager Yaso. A special word to Kirube and Sabitha who went out of their way to make our stay joyful Food was excellent and portions are large Will definitely return
