“Cozy big room in private house with friendly host.”
Cozy big room, lot of space. All very clean and well designed in every detail. Modern big bathroom. Good wifi. The host is very nice, we had good chat. The house is in a quiet residential area. A good option to stay if you have to visit nearby cities of Bochum or Essen. or other places in the well connected Ruhr Area. About 10 min to shopping street or to the bery beautigul old town, 15 to 20 Min walk to Hattingen Mitte for S-Bahn train to Essen or tram to Bochum. Much closer to the house is also the bus station for bus 350 directly to Bochum.

Perfect for a short stay on the road elsewhere. Mostly due to the price and the friendly service.
