“Alvin's little good morning paws under the door, that joys the whole stay.”
We came to see my family in the area while their house was full, we have now decided just to stay at Hastings House when we come down in the future because of the amazing stay. Our hostess Elise was a fabulous cook and shopkeep, showing me amazing vintage in the front store. Obviously I had to leave with more then I came, and the extra love she puts into breakfast is definitely felt. Growing up just a few houses down and spending countless summers in the river across from the front door was an experience that I cannot compare, finally getting to enter that cute little building just off the corner. My partner and I have already booked for the holidays before we left and are so happy to have found this gem!

The hostess was very kind an accommodating. We really enjoyed her company before we would leave in the morning/evenings. Given the opportunity we will return to Hastings House Bed & Breakfast! We would recommend it highly to our friends and peers!

Pleasant comfortable home. We stayed in the kin bed Safari Room. Nice big bathroom, comfortable bed. Location across from the river. Elise was great hostess. Full breakfast prepared to your preferences. Would definitely return if in the area again.
