“Generally it is ok.”

The bathroom is smells bad should be checked by qualified plumber. The smell is a swage smell and must be a fault with the trap. I am a plumbing and heating engineer and have many year experience with these kind of smells. In addition extractor Fan was dangerous falling off when I was try to warm milk.
