“great location, nice staff, comfy rooms and great facilities for both business and pleasure stays”
the hotel I use often, it is friendly, with good facilities including the gym and I do like having a bath in the room. The service is efficient and friendly. The down stairs bar and the restaurant are good, not the biggest selection of meals in the evening but a reasonable choice and the quality is good. Breakfast is very good with a nice choice of options. The location is easy walking access [ 15 minutes] from the train station mostly flat with a few cobbles but this is fine. Also access to the rest of the city centre is excellent

“Not up to standards”
-Very convenient location; tall building on the edge of the old town with a great view from the upper floors -Nice rooms -Pretty good breakfast -The staff is friendly, but seems overwhelmed with everything that is not running correctly, while at the same time having to check in new guests

“Extremely bad service for a Radisson Blu 8”
The only thing I liked about the place, was the breakfast, food at the restaurant and the friendly receptionist by the name of Brian, whom I think should be the manager of the hotel (very kind and helpful 👌)
