Hotel was lovely and quiet. Exceptionally clean. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. One receptionist in particular, Rani, stood out. My phone wouldn't connect to the hotel wifi and mobile data had also let me down so I had no way of contacting anyone. Rani couldn't have done more to help with the wifi and, after spending some time at it, got my phone connected. She was extremely helpful booking taxis for me and, like the other staff I met, was very pleasant. I hope to stay again in B&B Hotel, Hasselt.

“Excellent staying”
Excellent room, comfortable, new and cozy. The shower is amazing, spacious like the whole room. Staff polite, location great! Super recommend ❤️

It was very comfortable and it had a perfect location. The checkin was very practical and easy. Everything was clean and perfect. The breakfast was delicious and offered many options.

Convenient location, friendly receptionists, nice minimalistic decoration, quite tasty coffee at the reception area, super comfortable bed. I liked that there were no keycards, just a longish code to memorise for the room and the main entrance. It was unusual, but actually very convenient.

Very nice hotel in the city center. Room was small but cosy and clean. I liked number lock on the door, I didn’t need to take care of any card, just remember the code. There was free coffee at the reception/lobby. And I really appreciated check-out at 12:00. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
