I wouldn’t be able to say because I did not sleep at the accommodation beacuse the host never got my booking, and i prepared and packed for a confirmed accommodation only to call asking for directions to be told, the host has no knowledge of the booking and even after she checked she couldn’t see the booking. I am very disappointed with Booking.com. My family and I were stranded in hartbees without a place to stay. This is unacceptable.
