We loved Rheolas guesthouse. The property had a beautiful view from the back garden and was well equipped to braai.. The garden was very pretty and we were made to feel very welcome.

The place was open and big enough for us for the night. And it was neat, and close to shops and main road. Host was very helpful.. when we got back later, there was power outage due thunderstorms I assume, and in the morning he gave us a portable camp stove to make tea. I think there was solar geyser as water was nice and hot for all 4 of us to shower. But power did come on just as we are getting ready to check-out.

“3rd visit - still a solid choice”
You always get a warm welcome at Rheolas. It's my 3rd time staying there. Always clean and plenty of extra blankets to cope with Harrismiths quickly changing weather. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee and tea. Has good wifi.

There were plenty of beds, double bed room and the facilities were so good. Cutlery was complete. The space was more than enough to enjoy our time with the family. The host was so humble and helpful.

Thank you Rheola for a lovely stay, cottage was very spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy with everything we needed for a good stay. It was quiet at night and Rheola was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, we would definitely stay over again.
