The pool has been closed for 4 years.... staff flushed a toilet and flooded both the 3rd and second floor. The elevator feels like a metal death trap there is a huge gap under the door to ur room and the bathroom light flickered almost causing a seizure

“It was disgusting place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not suitable for animals either”
Room wasn't clean pubic hair in the bed asked for sheets witch we had to do ourselves. Then under the sheets we found what it look like small bugs witch we did take a picture of it we left and went to another hotel up the street. And we asked to pay cash earlier and we did and you guys still took another payment from My visa card and we do have the bill to prove we paid cash. Witch I will be calling head office as soon as we get back home
