They change my room number three times when I check in. Once I walk into occupied room, akward situation. I ask to pick me up with shuttle at airport and have wait for more then an hour after I took the taxi for 35USD.

“Horrible. We will never stay here again & recommend no one else stay here either!”
We really didn't like anything about the Hotel which was very disappointing because we stay at Holiday Inns and Holiday Inn Express frequently all over the country.

“Overall, this hotel was beyond my expectations for the price.The front desk staff were very friendly”
The breakfast was wonderful, and the woman tending to breakfast was awesome, I wish I could remember her name. She poured us hot, fresh coffee, and she was making waffles to order for a larger family who was there for breakfast as well. She had a smile on her face the entire time!

Location was convenient right off of the turnpike. Located in a more industrial area. Relatively close to Hershey park about 15 minutes away.

“Will never ever stay in any ihg partner hotel again because even ihg customer support didnt help me”
Property is Next to cemetry when request around 12pm in person to give opposite side room the staff confirmed and say room is not ready when come back we will give u opposite side room, upon return they denied rudely . The night was so scary i cant sleep

Old, dirty-our feet were sticking to the floor, gave us the same room as someone already checked in-good thing they were out as that could have been an even more horrible experience. One believes their room is their’s alone and someone being able to get into their room, well that is a violation of one’s privacy, and things could go missing.
