“Good value”
Clean. Quiet. Good location off highway and nearby restaurants and grocery (walking distance). Comfy mattress. Could turn on AC even in the winter, since the room was so hot and pretty dry. Decent breakfast for the price- chobani and oikos Greek yogurt.

“The stay that never was. Your customer service is really pathetic.”
Nothing. The room wasn’t cleaned. It didn’t have 2 queen size beds as I requested. I was told that there was no other room I could have. I was told they couldn’t help me with a cancellation or refund. I contacted you guys by email because I couldn’t find a phone number anywhere on your website. I have heard nothing from.you. The hotel charged be $276.39 for a room I never stayed in. We wound staying at a Fairfield Inn. So I’m out $276.39 and I’ll never use your service or stay at a Holiday Inn hotel again.

“Overall good value for money”
Breakfast is good. 10mins drive from downtown Harrisburg. Room is clean and has microwave and fridge. There is also a McDonald right next to the building.

“Comfortable bed, good location and breakfast”
The hotel is conveniently located by the highway, perfect for our travels, easy on/off. Close to amenities and a short drive to restaurants. The hotel staff has always been professional and pleasant. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is just perfect. It's budget friendly and just perfect for overnight stay while travelling. We stayed at this location several times and will continue to stay here in the future.

“Thiefs.”
The hotel it's self is nice and clean but they're thiefs. After leaving the hot and getting another they proceeded to charge my card $500. They didn't have my promisson to make these transactions. They tried 5 times total. They stole from a family that stayed 3 nights and did nothing wrong. These people should be procacuted.

The billing process between Priceline and Booking.com was terrible. There were billing issues that prevented us from checking out on time.
