“Pay a little more and stay at another hotel in the area.”

“Deceiving for a chain”
The location was good, close to Hershey and not too far from Lancaster. The bed was comfortable. Micro-wave in the bedroom was handy.

“miserable”
the room was very noisy. The toilet woke me up at midnight with a roaring noise. There were other unidentifiable noises. I couldn't shower as there was black stuff in the tub and something attached to the inside tub wall that was oozing more black stuff. I complained and asked for a refund. The staff member said he would check the room and that's the last I heard of it.

Staff was very friendly... restaurant where close by.. I was up for bowling tournament so it was good

The staff is rude and very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend that you never go there.
