The lady at reception was friendly and very helpful when my room key didn't work, within a couple of minutes someone was sent up to resolve the issue. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and spacious.

Great location and more affordable than Hilton next door. We used the public parking opposite the street: 30 dollars per night but at least you have your car when you need it.

The hotel was well located in the centre of town. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were efficient but not particularly friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff, modern clean room with all the standard amenities. A great bar and restaurant. Very good breakfasts with the option of either buffet or off the menu. In close proximity to a number of museums including the main reason for my visit, The National Civil War Museum which is well worth a visit. The city also boasts some fantastic architecture and a walk around the city provides some excellent photo opportunities.

Old style hotel, but with spacious room. The staff was helpful. The wi-fi was decent.

I liked that the hotel had a great 'downtown hotel' vibe. Overall, the rooms were good and area very central to things to do in the city (Captiol bulding etc...) The staff were kind and very accommodating.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The restaurant food was very good. The valet parking was great. We were very comfortable. Also the Amtrak station we used was within walking distance. Very convenient.
