Everything was exceptional, a beautiful property and a lovely host. Breakfasts were top class always with fresh fruit and fresh croissants. If you are lucky, you might get the homemade madelaines, they were wonderful!

How can I say for this fabulous house? The house has beautiful garden and everything was attractive. Living room, rooms, kitchen and decoration... The location is quiet and peaceful area with the stream , and the house is 10 minutes distance by car from a Pacy-sur-Eure where is a small town. we could buy foods a super market in there. We were 3 couples and everyone was very satisfied. Each room has a bath and it couldn't be more comfortable. We enjoyed wine at the stream in front of the garden. All of us thought we would stay here again.

Superb accommodation in a beautiful, quiet, and relaxing location on the banks of the River Eure. The host, Mme Thomas was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

Absolutely beautiful house in a stunning village. Very quiet. Fabulous decoration , lots of character with antiques, decorated with style. Marie & her husband very friendly & made us very welcome. Great recommendation of restaurant for dinner. Very safe private parking. We only stayed one night but the garden was lovely and would be fantastic for a longer stay.

A beautiful home in a wonderful setting. The garden was attractive with the river, colourful planting and welcoming seating areas. Inside the decor was thoughtful, and totally in keeping with the house. An amazing stay.

A great place for an overnight stay when travelling south from the cross channel ferry or tunnel. The location on the banks of a river, with tables and chairs provided outside in the garden by the river was perfect. There was also a good choice of options at breakfast. The owner was also very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful house in a riverside setting. The host was very welcoming and provided us with useful information and a recommendation for a very good place to eat. We chose this property as it was approximately 20 minutes from Monet’s garden. The room was very comfortable and some quirky decorations. very nice continental breakfast. We enjoyed sitting in the evening sun by the river.

Beautiful house and location. Very picturesque garden on riverside. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and spacious. Tea and coffee in room and also in lounge area. Altogether an excellent stay and Marie and her husband gave us a very warm welcome. Could fault nothing.
