“Pleasant stay in Mt Pleasant”
Reception staff was pleasant and easy going, the room has everything you need for a short stay. The property is spacious with options. The self service breakfast area was a nice touch with good coffee and tea options. The rooms were quiet enough not to feel like there are people around you. The location is central and convenient if you are in the Borrowdale area. Nice option to have hot breakfast. For a short stay, this place is a perfect option.

The place is private and cozy. My room was very clean with clean ironed sheets and towels. The English breakfast was okay. l liked the chef's pork ribs for dinner.

Breakfast There was no variety in the breakfast options. For the entire 5‑day stay, we were served only bread, eggs, and beans. I suggest including alternative breakfast choices and applying a clear daily timetable to enhance comfort and satisfaction. Room The room was generally fine and neat. However, there was some discomfort with the curtains. The holders were not properly fitted, causing the curtains to fall frequently. Additionally, some curtain holders were broken and left unfixed on the window. Cleanliness The room was kept clean most of the time. However, toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap were often missing and should be consistently provided.
