Absolutely wonderful B&B. Virginia and John were so friendly and welcoming. The B&B was spacious, clean and beautifully presented. The extra touches like chocolates, herbal tea and hot chocolate added to the luxury and as for the home made shortbread, wow!!!! Couldn't recommend highly enough for a relaxing weekend away!!!

A very friendly & warm, genuine welcome from John & Virginia. A relax drink on the balcony looking out over the garden & beautiful woodland reserve accessible through the garden gate. The fruit salad breakfast was great with berry smoothie to dream of!! Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay with a very friendly host & hostess Thank you

Fontainebleau Luxury BnB is a fabulous peaceful retreat and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We stayed for two nights oved the Easter break. Every comfort you could wish for was thoughtfully provided by the friendly and attentive hosts, Virginia and John. The room was spacious, immaculate, and furnished to a very high standard with quality fittings to add a touch of luxury. The room had its own outdoor balcony overlooking the beautiful tranquil garden and it also overlooks the lake and woodland park which borders the property. It’s away from the tourist hustle and bustle of the township and is close to numerous walking tracks but the property is still within walking distance to the restaurants and thermal pools in the village. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen, and the huge ensuite was luxurious with underfloor heating, a spa bath, double vanity and the double shower was a dream. Thoughtful extras such as bathrobes, and slippers are provided, along with the most beautiful soft fluffy towels, and lovely toiletries. There is a kitchenette area with tea and coffee making facilities just outside the room with additional treats such as delicious home baking and chocolates. Adjacent to that a separate private lounge area for guests withs a TV, a selection of DVDs and books, Our room rate included a delicious a breakfast selection which you order the night before and is served downstairs in the dining area. Thank you Virginia and John for a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a luxurious and peaceful break in Hanmer Springs.

Very clean and luxurious. Owners were very kind and foods were great. The view from the balcony was magnificent.
